Sustainability sits at the heart of everything we do. The barn generates its own electricity with roof‑mounted solar panels and battery storage. In addition, underfloor and water heating come from an on‑site biomass boiler.

The Wookey Family
The Wookey family has cared for the estate since 1928. Chalk Barn stands on the site of a historic thatched barn once used for farm machinery.
